We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Lead with a specialization in government projects within the Tiles, Marbles and Doors/Plywood category. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of establishing and nurturing relationships with government agencies and a demonstrable history of successfully closing orders with government entities.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the Doors and Windows category within the building materials industry.

Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Strong network and relationships with builders, contractors, and architects in the Mumbai region.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and competition.

Self-driven and results-oriented with a passion for sales and customer satisfaction.

Knowledge of building materials and construction industry trends is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a targeted sales strategy to secure government projects in the Tiles, Marbles and Doors/Plywood category.Expect to lead a sharp team to drive the business goals through modern tech.

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and procurement officers within government agencies at the state and central levels.

Collaborate closely with government bodies to understand their requirements, regulations, and procurement processes.Work with the product engineering org to drive roadmap, milestones and boost the company level KPIs.

Identify and respond to government tenders and RFPs, ensuring timely and compliant submissions.

Lead negotiations and contract discussions with government entities to secure orders.

Work closely with the product team to ensure our offerings meet the specific needs and specifications of government projects.You should be data driven and have exposure to analytics and related use cases.

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project execution and delivery align with government requirements.

Generate regular reports on government project sales progress and market trends.
