Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Lead for the Tiles and Marbles category to lead our sales efforts in the Chennai region. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in sales within the same category and possess strong relationships with builders, architects, and interior designers in Chennai.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.

  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the Tiles and Marbles category within the building materials industry.

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Strong network and relationships with builders, architects, interior designers, and contractors in Chennai.

  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and competition.

  • Self-motivated and results-driven with a passion for sales and customer satisfaction.

  • Knowledge of building materials and construction industry trends is highly advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed sales targets in the Tiles and Marbles category.

  • Identify and build relationships with key stakeholders, including builders, architects, interior designers, and contractors in Chennai.

  • Understand customer requirements and provide customized solutions to meet their needs.

  • Collaborate closely with the product team to ensure our product offerings align with market demand.

  • Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve sales objectives.

  • Stay informed about market trends, competition, and customer feedback to adjust strategies as necessary.

  • Generate and present regular sales reports to senior management.

  • Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction throughout the sales process.

  • Negotiate and close deals, securing favorable terms for both Aris Infra and our customers.

  • Represent Aris Infra at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance our market presence in Chennai.
