Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Lead for the Tiles and Marbles category to lead our sales efforts in the Chennai region. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in sales within the same category and possess strong relationships with builders, architects, and interior designers in Chennai.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the Tiles and Marbles category within the building materials industry.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Strong network and relationships with builders, architects, interior designers, and contractors in Chennai.

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and competition.

Self-motivated and results-driven with a passion for sales and customer satisfaction.

Knowledge of building materials and construction industry trends is highly advantageous.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed sales targets in the Tiles and Marbles category.

Identify and build relationships with key stakeholders, including builders, architects, interior designers, and contractors in Chennai.

Understand customer requirements and provide customized solutions to meet their needs.

Collaborate closely with the product team to ensure our product offerings align with market demand.

Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve sales objectives.

Stay informed about market trends, competition, and customer feedback to adjust strategies as necessary.

Generate and present regular sales reports to senior management.

Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction throughout the sales process.

Negotiate and close deals, securing favorable terms for both Aris Infra and our customers.

Represent Aris Infra at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance our market presence in Chennai.
