Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Lead for the Doors and Windows category to spearhead our sales efforts in the Mumbai region. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in sales within the same category and possess strong relationships with builders and construction professionals in Mumbai.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.

  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the Doors and Windows category within the building materials industry.

  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

  • Strong network and relationships with builders, contractors, and architects in the Mumbai region.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and competition.

  • Self-driven and results-oriented with a passion for sales and customer satisfaction.

  • Knowledge of building materials and construction industry trends is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed sales targets in the Doors and Windows category.

  • Identify and establish relationships with key builders, contractors, and architects in the Mumbai region.

  • Understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.

  • Collaborate with the product team to ensure the product offerings meet market demand.

  • Build and manage a high-performing sales team, providing coaching and guidance to achieve sales objectives.

  • Monitor market trends, competition, and customer feedback to adapt strategies as needed.

  • Prepare and present regular sales reports to the senior management team.

  • Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction throughout the sales process.

  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring favorable terms for both Aris Infra and the customers.

  • Represent Aris Infra at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance the company's presence in the market.
