Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Lead for the Doors and Windows category to spearhead our sales efforts in the Mumbai region. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in sales within the same category and possess strong relationships with builders and construction professionals in Mumbai.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the Doors and Windows category within the building materials industry.

Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Strong network and relationships with builders, contractors, and architects in the Mumbai region.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and competition.

Self-driven and results-oriented with a passion for sales and customer satisfaction.

Knowledge of building materials and construction industry trends is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed sales targets in the Doors and Windows category.

Identify and establish relationships with key builders, contractors, and architects in the Mumbai region.

Understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.

Collaborate with the product team to ensure the product offerings meet market demand.

Build and manage a high-performing sales team, providing coaching and guidance to achieve sales objectives.

Monitor market trends, competition, and customer feedback to adapt strategies as needed.

Prepare and present regular sales reports to the senior management team.

Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction throughout the sales process.

Negotiate and close deals, ensuring favorable terms for both Aris Infra and the customers.

Represent Aris Infra at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance the company's presence in the market.
