Providing the support and assistance to the HR department in various areas of human resources functions. This role requires a strong understanding of HR principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

    1. Recruitment and Onboarding:
      • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
      • Coordinate new employee onboarding activities, including preparing offer letters, conducting orientations, and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.

    2. HR Administration:
      • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, both physical and electronic,ensuring data confidentiality.
      • Assist in processing employee changes, such as promotions, transfers, and terminations.
      • Prepare HR-related reports and documents as requested.

    3. Benefits and Compensation:
      • Support the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance,retirement plans, and other employee perks.

    4. Compliance:
      • Assist in ensuring compliance with applicable labour laws, regulations, and company policies.
      • Help with HR audits and investigations as required.


  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, MBA in HR or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment.
