Key Responsibilities

Recruitment and Onboarding:
-
Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.

Coordinate new employee onboarding activities, including preparing offer letters, conducting orientations, and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.
- HR Administration:
-
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, both physical and electronic,ensuring data confidentiality.

Assist in processing employee changes, such as promotions, transfers, and terminations.

Prepare HR-related reports and documents as requested.
- Benefits and Compensation:
-
Support the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance,retirement plans, and other employee perks.
- Compliance:
-
Assist in ensuring compliance with applicable labour laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Help with HR audits and investigations as required.
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, MBA in HR or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.

Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software.

Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment.
