Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role of Senior Group/Executive/ Sr. Executive - Business Development located in Patna/ Bangalore/ Dehradun/ Jaipur/ Lucknow/ Chennai. As a team member of ArisInfra, the business development executive is responsible for prospecting, identifying, and developing business opportunities to expand our customer base. The executive will interact with architects, builders, construction companies, and IBHs to promote ArisInfra's services/products and close deals. The executive will need to achieve sales targets, and establish and maintain relationships with clients to ensure referrals and customer satisfaction.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field from an accredited university.

  • At least 2-7 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing roles, preferably in the infrastructure and construction industry.

  • To engage and pitch with all Retailers/IHBs/Contractors and do a complete opportunity mapping.

  • Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Demonstrated ability in lead generation, prospecting through networking, and converting leads to potential clients.

  • Resilient, ambitious, and committed to achieving assigned targets.

  • Taking ownership of the whole cycle of sales, billing, and collections of deals.

  • Having team handling experience.

  • Travel extensively within and outside the geographic territory. 

  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel), and experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
