Role Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team at Aris Infa as a Assistant Manager of Sales & Marketing in the building materials industry. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and rapidly growing company, and play a key role in achieving our ambitious business goals.
Responsibilities:

Identify and evaluate potential business opportunities, including analysing market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.

Develop and implement effective strategies to penetrate new markets and increase market share.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.

Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, including
conducting negotiations and preparing sales proposals. -
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure successful execution of business initiatives.

Conduct market research and analysis to identify new trends and opportunities in the building materials industry.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and competitor activities to proactively identify and address challenges.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.

Minimum of 6 years of experience in business development, sales, or related roles, preferably in the building materials industry.

To engage and pitch with all Retailers/IHBs/Contractors and do a complete opportunity mapping.

Proven track record of successfully identifying and closing new business opportunities.

Should have a strong team handling experience and managing team targets.

Should have a strong geography territory knowledge.

Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
